Arrivals

In the best interests of your pet, please try to ensure that he/she is dropped off as early as possible and preferably before 4.00pm on the day of arrival. This allows us to spend plenty of time with your pet before settling them down for the night.

Departures

Should you pick up your pet before 12 noon on the day of departure, there is no charge for that day.
